Package sizes: Apartment / condo: up to 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 900 sq ft. House: up to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,800 sq ft. All package rates are per visit, before applicable taxes. Larger properties, difficult access, excessive buildup, and extra tasks are quoted separately before confirmation.
Regular Cleaning — $119 apartment / $179 house
For ongoing upkeep or a one-time refresh. Includes dusting accessible furniture and surfaces; vacuuming accessible floors and rugs; mopping hard floors; wiping kitchen counters, stovetop exterior, sink and exterior appliance surfaces; and cleaning toilet, sink, mirror, and accessible shower or tub surfaces. Includes general tidying of accessible surfaces, not organizing personal belongings.
Deep Cleaning — $229 apartment / $349 house
Includes Regular Cleaning plus detailed attention to reachable baseboards, door frames and doors, light switches, cabinet exteriors, corners, accessible fixtures, and additional kitchen and bathroom surface buildup. Heavy grime, mold remediation, high ladders, carpet shampooing and interior appliance cleaning are excluded unless separately agreed.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning — $249 apartment / $379 house
For an empty or mostly empty property. Includes detailed cleaning of accessible floors, counters, bathroom and kitchen surfaces, cabinet and drawer interiors when emptied, and accessible refrigerator/oven interiors when unplugging, safety and condition allow. Post-construction debris, wall washing and disposal of belongings are not included.
Office and Small Business Cleaning — Custom Quote
Office desks and accessible surfaces, common areas, floors, washrooms, break areas, and trash bins as agreed in the written quote. Final price depends on square footage, frequency and tasks.
